Mark your calendars for this weekend and Let's RAP about Mental Health. Too many of our youth are affected by the trauma caused by the many stressors in life: poverty, homelessness, and gun violence with no outlet. Our event is aimed to be a safe and inviting space for youths and parents to openly discuss their feelings. We will also have several licensed therapists present to give insight and action steps to proceed after the event.

Mental Health is one of the taboo subjects that's not spoken about in BIPOC Communities. We want to change that culture and provide an environment in addition to resources to help our community know that there is assistance available.

Seating is limited. To register go to https://tinyurl.com/rapaboutmentalhealth

Thanks St. Joseph's

On Saturday we had St. Joseph's Church Camillus Youth Group volunteer at our count and sort event. We had thirty young people come in sort out donations and count everything in our inventory. We are so thankful for their help and enthusiasm. A huge thank you to my friend Cindy to coordinating the event.
