Rise Above Poverty was able to share some much-needed items to Roxboro Road Elementary School to distribute to students in need. We delivered 50 bars of soap, 50 sticks of Deodorant & 50 tubes of toothpaste and shampoo.

The gratitude and appreciation shown were just another indication of just how valuable Rise Above Poverty is to our community.

Rise Above Poverty was able to share some much-needed supplies by providing Lincoln Middle School with 100 new pairs of socks, 117 pairs of underwear, 468 feminine care products, 50 bars of soap, 50 sticks of deodorant and 30 tubes of toothpaste to distribute to students in need.

I can't describe how much I've been inspired by today's youth. On Thursday, we welcomed Mrs. Lee's class from Faith Heritage School to witness firsthand our operation at Rise Above Poverty. The students brought the items they collected at school and shared from their presentation what they learned about poverty and how God wants to use each of us to help others. Thank you for taking to initiatives to collect hygiene items to "Help Us, Help Others".
